We breathe, move, strengthen and stretch our body and relax our mind. All classes are OUTDOORS. You do what you can, and what feels right in YOUR body!

The classes focus on making YOU stronger, more flexible, and more in balance with yourself and with your surroundings. We want to help you find the tools you already have within, so that you can live a better, healthier and happier life in general, on and off the mat.

Mindfulness

A peaceful mind creates a peaceful life. By turning our focus inwards, we are able to see life in a more neutral way. This gives us a break from the chaos around us and makes it easier to cope with stressful and challenging situations and periods in life.

Benefits of Yoga​

There are a lot of physical benefits to practicing yoga consistently. Yoga combines mindfulness with physical movements to cultivate a balanced and healthy life. A consistent practice will strengthen and stretch your body and relax your mind. Not only can yoga help you to lose weight, improve your balance, increase flexibility, strength and bone density, but it can also reduce anxiety and stress, chronic pain, improve your sleep, and make you feel calmer and happier. 

Less pain and better mobility, makes it easier to participate in the activities you enjoy.  Less worries and anxiety lead to better sleep quality and more energy.
